Moving along in Day 4 on Dracula's AI. That equates to about 14 hours, so don't have a heart attack. This AI is a bitch to deal with. It's actually simple enough for the most part. I got through Dracula's attack animation and the flame pillars pretty quickly. Then I realized something -- nowhere in the code I had worked with did the x-coordinates of the flame pillars get set. After tweaking my breakpoints, I quickly realized other variables were being inexplicably set. I eventually traced my problem to the Begin Step equivalent in CV3's code. There was a lot of stuff going on under the hood outside the timeline (what I have now dubbed $05EF,X) affecting Dracula's movements. Just when I thought I was going to move on to Dracula's second form, I had to abandon the flame pillars and focus entirely on the big guy himself. There was a lot of stuff going on outside the timeline.

Boss AI is nothing like normal enemy AI......
